The rain and not getting freezes is beginning to affect access via the Lake Louise side. On Saturday one crevasse was starting to open up and another snow bridge really sagged on the climber's right glacier route (we didn't look too closely at the climber's left zigzag on the glacier), shrund was still full of avy debris in spots, black band was no longer just kicking steps up snow as shown in the July 13 ACMG report (1-5m rock step, otherwise isothermal slop snow on all the little ledges), and 1-2 pitches of glacier ice above the yellow buttress if you're one to stay on the snow and ice.

Great day out with great people.
