Robertson Glacier Conditions 5 Years, 11 Months ago
Headed up to Robertson Glacier with three Brits and a dog. Two of the Brits had just flown from London the day before and may have been jet lagged, but I couldn't tell because there was negligible visibility. Welcome to beautiful Canada, hope you like white!

There was ~50 cm of snow in the parking lot, 135 cm at the base of the glacier and over 3.4 m near the serac/exposed ice near the top (or I was standing on a crevasse, but I checked a few other locations and it was equally deep). Snow quality was variable with quality improving at the top. About 1-5 cm of new snow depending on wind transport. Our tracks will have already been filled by the wind by the time I have made this post.
