Reserve/Pick-up Ropes Volunteers welcome
Pick up Solar Charger Reservation made: Get Section charger from the Librarian
Pick-up Sat Phone Reservation made: Get Section Sat Phone from theLibrarian, or hire one (TBC)
Practice run at putting up the new dome tent TBC
Transport Gear Arrange truck/van, to tow the section trailer to the staging area
Set up Cook tent Week 1 will do on arrival
Set up Drying tent Week 1 will do on arrival
Set up Shower Stall Week 1 will do on arrival
Set up Latrine Partition Week 1 will do on arrival

The duties for manager are outlined below:

Manager's Duties - Before Camp

Recruit (nag) volunteers for week specific duties
Personally contact each participant prior to trip leaving
Organize crevasse rescue practice.
Call a team meeting to review issues, meeting places, logistics, confirm roles etc.
Inform participants of the need to bring their own chicken wire to protect their vehicle from marauding porcupines.
Coordinate car pooling

Manager's Duties - At Camp

Completion of ACC waiver (obtain off the Net)
Completion of rescue waiver (obtain credit card #’s)
Verify emergency phone #’s
Fly-in logistics - staging area coordination 
Coordinate Set-up/Take-down if 1st or last week
Advance camp - (if needed) drop off gear, first team to use the camp can set up tent, make sure it is tied down, put rocks inside
Snow ‘course’ refresher - encourage all to review self arrest, tying in for glacier travel, setting snow/ice anchors, belaying basics
Coordinate daily climbs from camp - use sign-up sheet
Radios are required for all trips. Set check-in time - eg odd hours starting at 1100h
Monitor satellite phone usage (collect $) weather calls OK, turn on phone at 7:00pm for incoming
Biffy - dig new one each week outgoing please identify old one, encourage use of bleach to rinse hands after each use.
Complete daily trip log - who went where and when
Document route information in camp route book - for future parties
Ensure radios and satellite phone are charged

In case of emergency

(1) Call Heli they will do paper work with the government, and get a rescue team,
(2) Effect the evacuation,
(3) Contact National Club and Section Chairman,
(4) Contact the emergency contact of the victim.
